HI should be dissolved

Remember Jyothikumaran, a great personality who did not leave any stone unturned to destroy Indian Hockey. Guess what? Another person Anupam Gulati who is the team manager will also start doing that now. Got this news from s2h, there is a new core management team formed for all overseas tournaments and as well as domestic tournaments. This team which consist of captain, manager and coaches will have say in the selections and playing composition of the game. Since when managers which do not know much about sports have a say in team selection and playing composition. Such such the coach does not have any say in team selections. This is clear attempt to curb the freedom of national chief coach.By all means the crooks (Hockey India and a section of former hockey players), by coming up with this brain wave, make sure of some free foreign tours, there is no doubt about on this score. The future does not seem right with this move of HI. On one hand the HI wants the to improve the future of the game but on the other hand they are destroying the game which we call national game

  2. What's the problem in this ? Obviously this must have been done because obviously the chief coach did not consult the other coaches and took one sided decisions. I feel Hockey India selectors have done the correct thing.

  3. Chief selectors does not have any say in the team selection, but now they don't want him to have the right of selecting the starting 11 and positions in which the team is going to play. The chief coach is not hired to teach the players how to hold the stick, chief coach has the job of being a tactician, who knows the game. He should even have a hand in selection of the team, but instead of that you are taking his powers. If HI wants to strip the coaches of these powers also, then better sack the coach and keep a puppet in his place. We have seen these things happening when Jyothikumaran had his say during Sydney Olympics. Dhanraj Pillay did not even play, if same things are going to happen again then whats the point in diluting IHF and forming HI, let the dictatorship of KPS Gill continue.
